Herbarium of National Centre for Plant Genetic Resources: Polish Genebank has an extensive collection of seeds, inflorescences and herbarium sheets, containing over 20 000 objects.

Seed collection is the biggest one in Herbarium. It was initiated by dr hab. Władysław Kulpa in the ‘70s. It includes weeds (collected from fields, fallow-lands, ruderal habitats) and crop plants’ seeds. There is a separate collection of seeds collected in the 19^th century.

Inflorescence collection is a reference material for the accessions kept under long-term storage.

Herbarium sheet collection contains crop plants, their wild relatives and cultivation-accompanying weed species.
